As part of Erteqa’s ongoing commitment to strengthen organizational performance and operational efficiency among Afghan NGOs, a focused On-the-Job Training (OJT) session was successfully conducted for ANURDO Afghanistan National Urban & Rural Development Organization.
The session was led personaly by Mr. Basir Ahmad Ahmadi, CEO of Erteqa, and centered on practical skill development to improve daily operations and data-driven decision-making.

Training Objectives

The OJT program was designed to:

  • Build hands-on competence in program management and reporting systems.

  • Strengthen documentation, compliance, and communication workflows within ANURDO’s field operations.

  • Introduce digital tools for tracking project progress and team performance.

  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning within the organization.
